The newly appointed chief executive of data security firm, Covata has spent $2.36 million on a designer apartment in the 1930s Troon building.
The two bedroom apartment on prestigious Wunulla Road has been reinvented for modern living by Joshua Penn and Benjamin Palmer.
It features a wide entry hall, large living room with TV and designer gas fireplace and a dining room that can seat 12 people.
Ray White Double Bay agent Elliott Placks secured the sale.
Pretty sold his Woollahra home set in Myles Baldwin gardens for $4 million last year after originally listing the home in 2014.
