North Shore development specialists, Harvie Group, has unveiled its latest development, in the heart of one of the area's most sought-after postcodes.

Harvie's new development is in <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developments/pymble-nsw-2073">Pymble</a>, on the exclusive Telegraph Road, where they're set to deliver <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/new-townhouses/coachwood-pymble-76-telegraph-road-pymble">Coachwood</a>, a collection of just 10 townhouses that will cater for the local downsizer.

Three of the 10 townhouses have already been snapped up.

Each townhouse has been designed by&nbsp;<a href="https://www.urban.com.au/architects/gelder-group-architects">Gelder Group Architects</a>&nbsp;and each offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The design places a strong emphasis on entertaining, both indoors and outdoors.&nbsp;

The open-plan living areas, complete with a feature fireplace, create a seamless flow from indoor to outdoor entertaining spaces, where residents can enjoy patio and landscaped courtyards.

Each residence is also equipped with premium kitchen appliances, including a five-burner cooktop and a 90cm oven, while the bathrooms feature&nbsp;bespoke inclusions&nbsp;by&nbsp;<a href="https://www.urban.com.au/interior-designers/bentley-rd">Bentley Rd</a>&nbsp;such as custom-designed joinery, brushed brass fixtures, and heated towel railings.

Some residences offer the buyer to include a private lift. Each townhouse has two secure parking spaces.

Located within walking distance of local shops and transport, Coachwood is well-connected while maintaining the tranquillity of its North Shore setting.&nbsp;

Telegraph Road is one of Pymble's best addresses, with nine sales above $5 million on the street in the last five years. The street record was set earlier this year when a 2021-built home sold for just over $8 million.

Builder <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/builders/dilcara">Dilcara</a> will commence construction of Coachwood in September.

Harvie Group reveal rare new Pyrmble townhouse development, Coachwood

<a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developers/coronation-property">Coronation Property</a> has launched the final apartments and terraces in the first stage of its unique multi-residential development in Sydney's inner west.

The $200 million <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/new-townhouses/ashbury-terraces-ashbury-165-171-milton-street-ashbury">Ashbury Terraces</a> offers something unseen before in the heritage suburb of <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developments/ashbury-nsw-2193">Ashbury</a>, just past Dulwich Hill and south of Ashfield where there has been little to no new development in decades.
