Inglis and his estranged wife Sally Robinson recently spent $920,000 on a resort-style home in Shorncliffe, a coastal suburb northeast of Brisbane.
Elsewhere in Queensland, former NRL superstar Bryan Fletcher, who played for the Roosters and Rabbitohs, has sold his Gold Coast investment for $450,000 — not much more than his entry price.
Situated 230 metre from Burleigh Heads beach, the two-bedroom apartment had been bought off the plan in 2003 for $435,000.
Brisbane Bronco James Segeyaro is selling his Cairns property, which has been a $530-a-week rental after he paid $560,000 in 2016.

Greg Inglis takes hit on Bargara, Queensland investment

The retired NRL legend Greg Inglis continues to shuffle his property portfolio, after selling out of Sydney.
The former South Sydney Rabbitoh has just bought a Queensland duplex in partnership with his estranged wife, Sally Robinson.
Robinson, who separated from Inglis last year, moved back to Queensland with their two young children.
They have paid $920,000 for a resort-style home nearby in Shorncliffe, a coastal suburb northeast of Brisbane. The recently renovated, decade-old two-storey home has six bedrooms. Both levels of the home have three bedrooms.
There’s also a saltwater swimming pool at the new buy.
The purchase has prompted the listing of Inglis’s long-time Bargara apartment in the Bundaberg region.
Inglis, who returned to Rabbitohs training this week for the first time since checking in to rehab, is set to make a loss on the apartment that he bought brand new.
He paid $590,000 in 2008, shortly after the Global Financial Crisis hit.
Prices haven’t recovered in the Queensland coastal region and Inglis is asking $475,000 for the two-bedroom ocean-facing apartment in the Manta apartment complex.
He is offering it fully furnished through Coastline Realty agent Emma Bauer.
It comes as Inglis, who has been a Little Bay-based renter, recently offloaded his former Coogee home for $2,475,000 through McGrath agent Marnie Seinor.
Inglis had bought the Coogee semi after his move from Melbourne at the end of 2010.
He paid $1.1 million for what was then a two-bedroom federation home and then transformed the property into a three-level, four-bedroom home, behind its period facade.
The Kempsey-born star retired from rugby league earlier this year.
He was first signed with the Canberra Raiders at 15, but didn’t play a game before moving to Brisbane and playing for Melbourne Storm’s feeder club before being added to the Storm’s playing roster in 2004.
