The former chief justice of the High Court Murray Gleeson and his wife Robyn have sold their heritage Pymble home Sandon.
The Gleeson's who bought the Federation Telegraph Road trophy home for $875,000 in 1984 have been trying to find a buyer since Spring in 2015.
It was previously owned by advertising executive Ross Rydge.
Set on 3100 square metres with a pool and court amid landscaped gardens, the home was listed with Chadwicks.

No price guide was released, but local word was there are hopes of more than $6 million.
