A Victorian-style homestead on a site exceeding one hectare on the road to Victoria’s Phillip Island has been listed for private sale with an asking price of $1.8 million.
Known as 5 Acton Road Bass and about 7 kilometres from San Remo, the property has a land area of 1.2 hectares. 
There is a building next door which can be used for industrial or retail purposes.
While the property has a 200 metre frontage to the Bass Highway to Phillip Island and the Promontory, the current VicRoads traffic flow counts show almost six million vehicles a year pass this property.
