The Pennant Hills property of Federal politician Julian Leeser has hit the market.
The three-bedroom 1920s period home has been listed through Patrick Goode at Soames North Shore.
The home has high ­ornate ceilings, timber floors and fireplaces.
Leeser has resided in the home with his barrister wife Joanna Davidson for a decade. They will upgrade locally.

His mobile reception is OK, but since his 2016 election, Leeser has pursued Telstra over black spots within the Berowra electorate. 
“Telecommunications should be like electricity and water. It is absurd that people living 40 minutes from the Sydney CBD can’t get mobile coverage,” Leeser said in a recent submission to the Department of Communications.
The property is just a few doors away from the former MP Philip Ruddock.

The former long-time Parramatta Eels captain Nathan Cayless and his wife Erin have relocated in the Hills district.
Having sold their West Pennant Hills home for $2.12 million, the couple have settled on a home in nearby Glenhaven.
They've spent $1.56 million on a custom-designed home which had a $1.5 million price guide.
Offered for the first time since built in the late 1980s, their new family home comes with split level layout.
Wrapped in a verandah, it has a number of alfresco entertaining spaces.
Slate tiles, internal brickwork and timber panelling feature throughout the four bedroom home.
Earlier this year the couple sold their West Pennant Hills home for $2.12 million through Stone Hills District agents Jane Booty and Viv Mylott. 
Set on 1690 sqm, the 1990s built home had five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a rumpus room.
The renovations to the home were undertaken before Erin started the Three Birds Renovation team with her best friends Lana Taylor and Bonnie Hindmarsh. Erin is the operations director.
The couple bought the home for $1,025,000, two years before Nathan hung up his boots. He now coaches Eels feeder club Wentworthville Magpies and is the New Zealand national team assistant manager.
Nathan Cayless played 259 games for the Eels over a 13 year career.

Regions around Sydney and Melbourne recorded the strongest growth in property values over the last 10 years, while the remaining capitals experienced comparatively moderate value increases, according to CoreLogic’s recent analysis of 10-year suburb data.
In fact, for each state and territory, the top five listed areas shows a significant slant towards capital city regions rather than regional housing markets.
In New South Wales, Pennant Hills – Epping located in the Hills District of Sydney top value growth with an increase of 126.2% over 10 years. The region also has the second highest rate of value growth across the country.

CoreLogic’s methodology is based on the best performing property markets at an SA3 level (SA3 represents a regional area serviced by major transport &amp; commercial hub with a population of between 30,000 and 130,000 people).
The median dwelling value in Pennant Hills-Epping region was $1,719,229 as of October, according to CoreLogic.
A three-bedroom house at <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/sold/property-house-nsw-epping-126756418" target="_blank">45 Dunlop Street, Epping</a> (pictured top) sold in November 2017 for $1.75 million. Previously, it transacted in December 2009 for $882,000, according to CoreLogic data.

Another house, a five bedroom property, at <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property/108-boundary-rd-pennant-hills-nsw-2120?pid=p4ep-pdp%7Csold-pdp:property-history-cta#history" target="_blank">108 Boundary Road, Pennant Hills</a>, (picture above) sold for $1.45 million in November 2017. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2002, according to CoreLogic data.
