<p>The former SMH food critic-turn-SBS <em>Gourmet Farmer</em>, Matthew Evans and his partner Sadie Chrestman have snappily sold their redundant Tasmanian farm.</p>
<p>Puggle Farm had been listed with $485,000 plus hopes as they trade up permanently to their larger Fat Pig Farm which was bought in 2012 nearby.</p>
<p>The two-storey cottage sits on 22 acres - 8.9 hectares - in Tasmania's Huon Valley.</p>
<p>It was their well-televised tree-change home that they bought in 2008 for $440,000 when they left Sydney.</p>
<p>It was the <em>Gourmet Farmer</em> series one setting as Evans embraced the sustainable life of breeding pigs, chickens and cultivating vegetables.</p>
