There&#39;s no slowing down of the sea-changer trend across New South Wales, with Sydneysiders still looking south for holiday homes they&#39;re spending more time at.

The Sydney-based developer St Trinity Group have seen high demand for Ridgewaters Kiama,&nbsp;their $60 million residential community on the South Coast,&nbsp;around two hours&nbsp;south of Sydney.

It&#39;s the size of the apartments on offer at Ridgewaters which has attracted a swell of buyers, says St Trinity Group Managing Director Nicholas El-Khoury.

&ldquo;Ridgewaters Kiama is the only development on the South Coast offering exclusively three-bedroom apartments, some with studies, designed specifically to cater to this unprecedented demand for flexible sea-change, owner-occupier residences accommodating a range of changing needs,&rdquo; El-Khoury said.

The apartments so far have been popular with downsizers and sea-changers, as well as industry professionals wanting to work remotely.

&ldquo;We&rsquo;ve received interest from a range of buyers &ndash; some of them coming from postcodes closer to Sydney&rsquo;s CBD as well some already from coastal areas like Sutherland Shire who want to remain by the sea, but for a lesser price tag,&quot; El-Khoury added.

&ldquo;All of them clearly recognise the value of seaside havens such as Kiama as offering both the convenience of being close to major metropolitan areas and facilities with the desirable lifestyle of smaller coastal communities.&rdquo;

Three-bedroom apartments start from $945,000 and all come with their own&nbsp;parking.

Mr Burrows, a well-known Australian developer and businessman, received an Order of Australia medal in 2010 for his charitable works.
Ray White Kiama director Michele Lay holds the listing.
“The Pheasant Point precinct in Kiama has always been highly sought after because of its proximity to Kiama township, Kiama Harbour, cafes, restaurants, markets. It’s also just 2 hours south of Sydney and 20 minutes south of Albion Park regional airport,” Ms Lay said. 
It is expected that the property will have no shortage of potential buyers.

Neville Burrows lists Vue Magnifique in Kiama

Situated at <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/sold/property-duplex+semi-detached-nsw-kiama-129543310" target="_blank">5 Sommerville Close, Kiama</a> the to-be semi's were sold for a combined $790,000.
The home's came with DA approved plans and with construction underway.
Earthworks, footings, concrete slabs and retaining walls have been completed. 
The home previously on this site sold for $530,000 in 2015.
The median price for a home in <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/expert-insights/investing/1129-kiama-nsw" target="_blank">Kiama is $960,000</a>, according to CoreLogic.

Pair of three bedroom Kiama semi's sold by mortgagee

Hampton House, the luxury Kiama home, has sold for $3.35 million, the biggest beachside sale in the coastal inlet.
The property, which is said to have been inspired by the Hamptons, was built after it last traded for $1.74 million in 2007.
Lime Builders constructed the four bedroom, four bathroom home, complete with environmentally friendly features such as e-glass energy efficient windows.
The <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/sold/property-house-nsw-kiama-128078634" target="_blank">Tingira Crescent home</a> on 600 sqm has a number of outdoor spaces including a fully glassed scenic entertainment balcony and private enclosed, professionally landscaped garden courtyard incorporating a water feature, stone floor tiling and bronze statue figurine.
Raine &amp; Horne Kiama agent Steve Pryor sold the home after 59 days.

Hampton House sells for Kiama record

Home &amp; Away star Jeremy Lindsay Taylor and wife Marnie have moved to the Illawarra, buying a house on the outskirt of Kiama.
They made the move down from Curl Curl, which is Home and Away cast heartland.
He's currently wrapping up a remake of the Australian classic Romper Stomper, which will be aired this summer, 25 years after Russell Crowe's performance.
Taylor suggested it will be one to watch, but gested "not for the kiddies!" He stars along with David Wenham, Lachy Hulme and Dan Wyllie.
Taylor said the obvious similarity to the family life in Curl Curl was the beaches. The biggest difference however, was avoiding the city traffic wherever possible.
He said they decided to move down there because they knew it would be a great place to raise their two daughters, Esmée and Isla. The daughters now have a decent backyard with the prospect of a puppy.
Jeremy married Marnie at nearby Black Beach Reserve in 2011 with the district "always be a special place for us."
Taylor scored a role as Summer Bay's newest detective in 2015. He told Sydney Confidential his role in the hit Seven show had been a long time coming.
“I’ve been doing this (acting) nearly 20 years now, so it has been a long time coming,” Taylor said.
“I have always wanted to be a part of this. Home and Away is an institution, it is iconic Australian TV. It is great to finally be a part of the family.”
One of his most notable roles was when he played Melbourne gangster Norman Bruhn in Channel Nine's hit crime series Underbelly:Razor.
He was nominated for the 2012 AACTA Choice Award for his portrayol of the role.
The fully renovated home last traded for $410,000 in 2012, showing a near 15 percent annual growth over the last four years.

Taylor has featured in Sea Patrol, Gallipoli and Puberty Blues, as Kurt Peterson in the 90s student hit Heartbreak High.
He recently appeared in the Channel 10 drama Offspring. He played Dan who was set up on a date with Kat Stewart's character Billie Proudman.
