It sold for $2.57 million, having last traded when Ken bought the home for $415,000 in 1995.
The four-bedroom 1940s home at <a href="https://www.propertyobserver.com.au/https://www.allhomes.com.au/ah/act/sale-residential/24-arthur-circle-forrest-canberra/1317360801611" target="_blank">24 Arthur Circle</a> attracted seven registered bidders and five parties placed a bid.
Set on 1,350 sqm, the single level home has been reinvented by Ken into a family entertainer.
Separate formal living areas each lead to outdoor areas and an entertainment patio overlooks a swimming pool and spa.
