The Australian singer Delta Goodrem has listed her Hollywood Hills mansion for $4.199 million ($AUD5.74 million).
The multi-awarding winning Goodrem bought the five bedroom, four bathroom home for a reported $AUD2.3 million.
Located just 11 kilometres from the Hollywood sign, her house of course features her very own music room fitted with a piano and drum kit.
The backyard is befitting of the stars rise to fame, with an entertaining area, a stone-paved patio, outdoor kitchen, pool, spa, waterfalls, fountains and a fire pit, complete with views that stretch from the mountains to LA's city lights.
In early 2010 Goodrem's representative Jen Fotaine told the Daily Telegraph that the performer wasn't relocating to the US forever.
The listing suggests the singer song-writer, who is also a judge on Australia's version of The Voice, is set to move down under for good.
