<p>Verde, the 12-story South Brisbane residential building will seek to embrace South East Queensland’s climate, with 82 environmentally sustainable, lifestyle friendly, spacious apartments.</p>
<p>Set 15 minutes walk from the centre of Brisbane, Verde will feature the largest vertical garden in Queensland as its centrepiece.</p>
<p>The north and south facing walls will be covered in 480 square metres of plants including herbs and succulents.</p>

<p>There are already 20 lodged expressions of interests from apartment buyers.</p>
