Channel 7's Today Tonight&nbsp;Monika&nbsp;Kos and her cameraman husband Grant&nbsp;Willesee, son of legendary TV presenter Terry&nbsp;Willesee, have upgraded in<a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developments/perth-wa"> Perth</a>.

Having sold their 1980s City Beach property for $1.88 million, the couple have spent $2,225,000 on a modern home slightly further north in Doubleview.

Built in 2014, the contemporary property on 575 square metres has four bedrooms and two bathrooms across its two stories.

It also features a swimming pool.

Monika, who last&nbsp;year celebrated her 20th anniversary as the host of current affair program Today Tonight, recently sold her three bedroom Bicton investment apartment she's owned since paying $172,000 in 1994.

It went under offer in two weeks after having a guide of $579,000.&nbsp;
