Famed international fashion designer Collette Dinnigan and husband, the hotel and tourism entrepreneur, Bradley Cocks, have listed their redundant Milton weekender.
The NSW South Coast former dairy farm, near the seaside towns of Mollymook and Ulladulla, has been a fruitful endeavour for the couple after the country retreat was styled by Dinnigan.
Pitched as Milton Surf and Stables, it has brought in $82,000 a year, mostly using Airbnb. 
Billed as offering an urban-detox experience in an idyllic setting, the well managed retreat enjoys super host status on Airbnb.
The former stables have been converted into a luxury retreat close to Milton's towns, beaches and vineyards. 
The much featured property - including Country Style and Vogue - has horses and Alpacas.
Voted number one by Australian Traveller's 'Top 100 Places You Haven't Been to Yet', the property has four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
There is an outdoor bar and barn complete with pizza oven for entertaining. The marketing says a chef can be arranged to come to cook at its outdoor entertaining feature.
Since settling into “the magic of Milton”, Dinnigan has created an organic vegetable garden and planted citrus trees, along with her favourite flowers - white hydrangeas and white magnolia.
Always having fresh eggs when she was growing up in South Africa and New Zealand, she ensures there's lots of hens. Beehives for honey too.
“Milton itself is quite special,” Collette previously said. “It’s not one of those sleepy little towns – it has a really vibrant, productive community." 
During their ownership, the clan have tried to get to Milton as often as they could, spending summer holidays and Easter there, and usually one other school holiday as well.
They are seeking expressions of interest of $2.95 million plus with offers due March 24.
"I believe the rental yield is an important part of the investment," Cocks said. He's seeking to secure the buyer himself, marketing the property at <a href="https://www.surfandstables.com.au" target="_blank">surfandstables.com.au</a>.
The couple have recently snapped up Springfield Farm, a European-style abode at Avoca in the Southern Highlands after returning from their year long Italian sojourn.

Fashion designer Collette Dinnigan and her tourism industry entrepreneur husband Bradley Cocks have reportedly bought back in Paddington, buying from her brother, the creative director Seamus Dinnigan.
His Georgian-era cottage had $1.7 million hopes.
Dinnigan and Cocks had been looking for a city base after selling at Watsons Bay and snapping up Springfield Farm, a European-style abode at Avoca in the Southern Highlands.
The cute 1850s Georgian Paddington home of creative director Seamus Dinnigan sold before its recent auction.
There's just 70 square metres space throughout the rare freestanding terrace which came with a $1.6 million to $1.8 million price guide through Will Manning at McGrath. 
It was marketed as a Cotswolds cottage style residence, just off Glenmore Road near Oxford Street.
Dinnigan, the brother of designer, Collette Dinnigan bought the Mary Place home in 2015 for $1.08 million from gallery owner Evan Hughes and his lawyer wife, Kate.
Dinnigan is creative director at Collette Dinnigan's office, as well as helping out on the design styling of his sister's many homes.
He also co-produced her first coffee table book, Obsessive Creative.
