The&nbsp;Ciaran Goodman-led Bronxx has delivered the epitome of luxury to Cronulla's Tonkin Street with their recently completed development, Oasis.

The Australian owned and operated developer builder created Oasis, just 11 waterfront residences, on the foreshore of Gunnamatta Bay.&nbsp;

Adorned with abundant vertical landscaping, the three-bedroom apartments offer uninterrupted views, with natural light flooding the generously proportioned interiors designed by Vic Lake Architects.&nbsp;

The outdoor areas feature natural limestone tiles, complemented by garden elements and decking made from native timber, while the interiors include warm greys and earth tones, with contrasting elements in a darker shade.&nbsp;

There's a collection of two-storey beach house apartments, benefitting from pools, gardens with waterside access, wrap-around terraces, separate family rooms overlooking&nbsp;Monro Park, and ample parking in the form of double lock-up garages.&nbsp;The apartments flow over the whole lower-ground and ground floors, with private lifts or an architecturally designed staircase creating a link between the lounge and upper levels, allowing residents to experience single level living.

Floor-to-ceiling windows adorn the living spaces, while the double-height lounge and dining rooms are equipped with large gas fireplaces.

Two full-floor houses have also been constructed on the site, featuring far-reaching views, butler's pantries, family rooms, a balcony, ensuite and walk-in robes in each of the bedrooms. One of the homes also includes a pool on it's wrap-around terrace, while the two-storey penthouse has a pool on its upper level, with views of the bay and ocean.&nbsp;

Each master suite in the beach house apartments, whole-floor apartments, and penthouse occupies a space typically dedicated to two or more bedrooms in other properties, with stand-alone baths included across each.

The kitchens are equipped with sub-zero refrigerators and Gaggenau cooktops, ovens and microwaves, with each kitchen also featuring a sub-zero wine cabinet.&nbsp;

A limited collection of apartments are still remaining in the completed development, with floorplans spanning from&nbsp;278 sqm through to 657 sqm. Prices on the final residences begin from $5.8 million, topping out at $15 million for the penthouse.&nbsp;

The epitome of luxury: Inside Cronulla's Oasis apartments 

Sutherland Shire locals have staked their claim at Dwell, the Sutherland apartment development by Altitude NSW Pty Ltd.

The $30 million worth of sales means half of the 47 one, two and three-bedroom apartments are already spoken for.

Luke Barbuto, Head of Project Marketing for Highland, says&nbsp;the demand has come from within the local area.

"Many of these buyers are local downsizers and first home buyers, both of which have been enticed by Dwell’s unique location, spectacular architecture, incredible amenity offerings, and beautiful living spaces,” Barbuto said.&nbsp;&nbsp;

“Reaching 50 per cent sold is largely due to the surge of owner-occupiers who are continuing to drive the demand for apartment living, during a time where vacancy rates are at an all-time low.”&nbsp;

The&nbsp;seven-level project&nbsp;has been architecturally crafted to pay homage to Sutherland's surroundings and features natural materials, neutral tones and a greenery that drapes Dwell's facade.

Remaining&nbsp;one-bedroom&nbsp;residences are priced from&nbsp;$640,000,&nbsp;two-bedrooms from $900,000, and three bedrooms from $1.3 million.

“Given the rate with which Dwell apartments have been purchased, we expect the remaining apartments to sell out fast,” Barbuto added.&nbsp;

“I think the sales we’ve achieved to date&nbsp;is&nbsp;a strong indication that there is a robust appetite for exceptionally designed high-quality, low maintenance apartment living in the Sutherland region.”

Dwell, which is expected to complete construction in a few months, will also feature a swimming pool, and landscaped garden, and barbecue areas.

On top of the sales, the Flora Street building is achieving a record sqm rate for Sutherland at $13,300 per sqm.

Sutherland apartment development Dwell hits major milestone as locals drive purchaser activity

Cronulla developer Sammut Group have hit major milestones at two of their&nbsp;

Their $65 million, office and retail development PARC, has broken ground, while their $18 million residential project SALT in South Cronulla, has topped out.

SALT, designed by Innovate Architects, comprises four full-floor luxury apartments each with 143 sqm of internal living space and a further 36 sqm across two large balconies.

Sammut Group Chief Operating Officer Julian Sammut says the residential project is significant for Sammut Group as it links back to the company’s origins.

"We are delighted to mark this significant milestone towards the completion of SALT," Sammut says.

"This project relates back to Sammut Group’s original product, opulent oversized apartments, providing residents with an exclusive lifestyle in a boutique, state-of-the-art development."

Located at 44 Gerrale Street Cronulla, the luxury development adds to the already strong presence Sammut Group has in Cronulla with its future developments, VUE and PARC, only a short distance away.

Highland Properties agent David Highland says SALT is a signature product for Sammut Group.

“SALT is a very special project that is synonymous with the Sammut Group brand and quality," Highland says.

Two apartments in SALT still remain, with prices starting from $4.75 million.

SALT is expected to complete construction towards the end of this year.

RAW Constructions, a family-operated construction company, is handling the build of SALT, which is expected to complete construction toward the end of the year.

The same building firm are construction Sammut's mixed-use commercial and hospitality development, PARC, where they've just broken ground.

Also designed by Innovate Architects, the $65 million development comprises seven storeys with a two-level multi-venue hospitality space soon to be operated by Feros Group, and five levels of commercial space. A further floor will be dedicated to a co-working space operated by Sammut Group.

Located at 138-142 Cronulla Street, PARC will take full advantage of its park-side location, with various suites at all levels taking in green views over the open space.

Sammut says PARC is delivering a much-needed level of commercial office space to the area and further demonstrates Sammut Group’s long-term commitment to Cronulla.

“Cronulla is our home and we feel a strong sense of responsibility to elevate the area, by providing a portfolio of premium offerings where people can live, work, and play,” Sammut says.

Sammut Group is currently delivering a $835 million pipeline across Cronulla and the Gold Coast. Current projects include VUE, PARC and COAST and the soon-to-be-released PALM.
