Insurance regulator, Geoff Summerhayes, and his interior designer wife, Henrietta, have listed their Cremorne Point home.
It coincides with his forthcoming departure from Australian Prudential Regulation Authority which sees plans to move to their 20 hectare Berry property on the NSW South Coast.
The six-bedroom Iredale Avenue, Federation residence on a 607 sqm block was a duplex when the then Suncorp Life chief bought it in 2007 for $2.3 million.
The pool was installed in 2008.
It has since been restored into a family home with space for the seven kids the couple share between them.
The Berry property produces grass-fed lamb for their select clientele.
The home comes with $5.5 million to $6 million hopes through Sotheby’s International.
The farm cost $910,000 in 2014.
Summerhayes, who said it had always been his plan to step down <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/news/48860-geoff-summerhayes-appointed-new-apra-member-and-helen-rowell-is-the-deputy-chair" target="_blank">after his five-year term</a>, will look for some non-executive roles.

Harbour view luxury apartment sold

There was an $11.2 million harbourfront reserve sale in Cremorne Point, topping out the weekend, and spring selling season, results.
It has views across Sydney Harbour to the Opera House.
Selling agent Ivan Resnekov, of Century 21 Mosman, said the Milson Rd home attracted six registered bidders who made 60-plus bids. Once the bidding got to $10 million, there were just the two remaining bidders.
Currently divided into two four-bedroom homes, Galada was listed by the 95-year-old former Royal Australian Air Force fighter pilot Arthur Pardey.
He was a member of 3 Squadron which flew Spitfires and Mustangs in the Italian campaign in World War II.
Mr Pardey and his late wife Adele bought the home on its 470 sqm block for $850,000 in 1987 on their move from Warrawee. The house was built at a £1100 cost by James Verrills after its design by architect Edwin Orchard for Elsie and James Adamson.

Cremorne Point $11.2 million sale tops Sydney's weekend auctions

The former Australian trade minister Andrew Robb and his wife, Maureen have bought a house in Cremorne Point, as part of their plans to see more of their grandchildren.
The couple who recently quit Melbourne, initially secured a Palm Beach home when they spent $3,735,000 on Indigo, a luxury hilltop home.
It was just across the road from their daughter, Boathouse Group owner Pip Goldsmith, her publican husband Andrew, and their two kids.
Their latest acquisition is at Cremorne Point home which cost $3,985,000. It was advertised as a downsizer oasis close to the city.
Architect Rolf Haefeli designed the property with Feng Shui principles including a Japanese inspired garden with flowing fishponds.
There's space, tranquility, technology and lock up and leave convenience at the 2000-built on 425 sqm.
The home with keyless front door has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a study.
McGrath Neutral Bay agents Piers van Hamburg and Alex Myers sold the home at auction after having a $3.5 million guide.
It last traded for $601,000 two decades ago.
The couple sold in Melbourne's bayside suburb, Brighton last year after for $2,655,000.
Robb, who represented the Brighton-based Goldstein electorate in Melbourne between 2004 and 2016, now travels the world piecing together international trade deals, so quick access to the airport had always been a priority in their property reshuffle.

Dragonfels, the 1912 Cremorne Point Federation home sold

The trophy home, Mia Mia in Cremorne Point has been sold for $8.7 million to a Chinese buyer with Australian residency. 
Selling agent McGrath Limited's Michael Coombs, who had the listing with Piers van Hamburg, calculates it as the highest price in three years.
It topped the list of prestige recent sales released in CoreLogic RP Data's top 10 weekly sales.
Lifestyle Village Services director Jytte Logan had renovated the 1915 home since buying it in 2008 from expat telco executive John Houston and his wife Frances for $7.84 million.
When it last sold the Regency-style villa in parterre gardens came with a Robert Carrier-designed kitchen featuring double ovens and limed American oak cabinetry.
The residence was redesigned by John Brogan many decades ago in the Regency style.
The Houston's had bought it from IVF specialist Geoffrey Driscoll and his wife, Janette, who had paid $2.9 million in 1998 to interior designer Jackie White and her husband, David.
