The funeral service of the late estate agent Count Jerzy (George) Krasicki v. Siecin will be held next week at St Peter's Eastern Hill Church, East Melbourne.

He was the husband of Primrose Dunlop, aka Countess Krasicki v Siecin.

He was more casually known around Melbourne as George Kirk, a former real estate agent.

George Kirk discovered that he was Count Krasicki v Siecin just before they walked down the aisle in 1993.

“It's a mouthful, we just use 'Krasicki' or KVS,” she once said.

Melbourne gossip columnist Lawrence Money once wrote "he was the world's most titled real estate agent."

"It was a novel courtship. No violins, no French champagne: the sixty-something, lured young Pltty-Pat, 39, to the altar with Lanes Scrolls biscuits," Money wrote shortly after the wedding some 25 years ago.

Their daughter Sofia Krasicki, 23, and grand-daughter of Lady (Primrose) Potter, has been studying a Bachelor of Design at the Whitehouse Institute of Design in London.

It was in 1990 when Primrose "Pitty Pat" Dunlop became the subject of international interest when her planned Venice wedding to Lorenzo Montesini, a Qantas flight attendant, was called off with only four days to go.

Montesini had decided he preferred the company of the best man, Robert Straub, Wikipedia advises.

Montesini also refers to himself as Prince Giustiniani, Count of the Phanaar, Knight of St Sophia and Baron Alexandroff.

Former Melbourne commercial estate agent Count George Krasicki dies

The former MasterChef judge Gary Mehigan pulled his 1880s Malvern East home from weekend auction.

It had been listed with a price guide of $5.9 million to $6.49 million. 

The Herald Sun reported the celebrity chef pulled it "less than 24 hours before it was to go under the hammer and is negotiating with prospective buyers."

The celebrity chef is understood to be planning to spend more time at his Victorian country property.

His four bedroom Central Park Road property was bought in wife Mandy’s name for $3,301,000 in 2012.

The single level home, which features a solar-heated pool on its 1070 sqm block, has been listed through Marshall White Stonnuington.

It was featured in Home Beautiful in 2016 with its kitchen having two ovens.

Celebrity chef Gary Mehigan pulls Malvern East home

The My Kitchen Rules guest judge and restaurateur Colin Fassnidge has bought a Malabar house.
The purchase came as Fassnidge listed his former Matraville home - and current investment for auction.
The lastest acquistion was bought for $1.872 million through South Eastern Realty selling agent Eva D’Angelo. 
The Daily Telegraph says his Matraville townhouse at <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property-townhouse-nsw-matraville-120328469" target="_blank">13/16-18 Wassell Street</a> goes to August 15 auction through Home Estate Agents’s Andrew Anastassiou and John Castrisos.
The My Kitchen Rules guest judge is owner of Sydney restaurants Four in Hand and 4 Fourteen.
He has owned the two-storey townhouse since 2011 with his fellow foodie wife Jane Hyland having paid $595,000.

Chef Colin Fassnidge buys in Malabar and lists in Matraville

Aussie rock icon Suze DeMarchi, who fronted the band Baby Animals, is selling her Coogee home.
The Perth born musician bought the home after returning to Australia while married to the Aerosmith guitarist Nuno Bettencourt from the United States.
The plan was for Bettencourt to follow DeMarchi and their two children to Australia, however the plan never materialized with his ongoing tour commitments.
She paid $1,265,000 for the home at the south end of Coogee Beach in 2011.
The dual level family home with potential for an attic level conversion has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
There's a living area on each level. The lower level space, open plan with the kitchen, flows to a private entertaininer's deck and level lawn.

The Agency's agent Bethwyn Richards, who sold the home to DeMarchi when she was with McGrath, is marketing the home for an April 7 auction.
It's been renovated extensively since DeMarchi's purchase seven years ago.
DeMarchi previously spent three years building a house in Massachussetts in the fishing village of Magnolia.
Home has always been important to DeMarchi. It was the name of her 2015 solo album.
Home is also tattoo'd on her wrist.
DeMarchi began her career as a solo singer in the 1980s having moved to London.
She signed to EMI and released three singles as a pop star before returning to Australia to form Baby Animals with fellow WA musicians in 1989.
After creating two albums, which were first then second in the Australia album charts, the group split up in 1994.
The Baby Animals re-formed in 2007.
They have toured regularly since.
