Neerim House estate at Castle Cove is looking to steal back the suburb record from its neighbouring trophy home, Neerim Park Estate, which sold for $13 million earlier this year.

It now has a $15 million asking price through Shead Property agents Isabella Yan and Oliver Gu.
Set on 9380 sqm, the home has six ensuited bedrooms which each feature water or garden aspects from each room.
There's a formal lounge with fireplace, a grand formal dining room and a billiard/library with vaulted timber ceilings, a marble fireplace and a glass atrium.
A home cinema, heated indoor swimming pool and spa, sauna steam room, wet bar, gym and tennis court make up the luxury amenities.

The house next door, Neerim Park Estate, sold for $13 million earlier this year to Hong Kong based Tatyana Klauzner, the wife of accountant Professor Richard Petty.
Designed by architect Michael Robilliard, the one hectare waterfront is one of the largest privately held holdings on the lower north shore.
Christie’s International’s Martin Ross and Darren Curtis sold the home that was commissioned by the late investment banker David Coe in 1998-99.

The wife of one of accountant Professor Richard Petty, Tatyana Klauzner has bought a Castle Cove trophy estate on the lower north shore for more than $13 million.
The one-hectare waterfront estate has topped the prior suburb record of $11.28 million a year earlier for the adjoining estate.
Neerim Park sold in April<a href="https://www.domain.com.au/news/northbridge-trophy-shelf-scores-an-alex-popov-masterpiece-on-offer-for-15-million-20170422-gvqdg0/"> </a>through Christie’s International’s Martin Ross and Darren Curtis was designed by architect Michael Robilliard. 
It is one of the largest privately held holdings on the lower north shore.
It was the late investment banker David Coe who commissioned the landmark residence in 1998-99.
It was sold to the Woodward family in 1999 for $5,378,000, setting a then suburb record.
Both Klauzner and Petty are Hong Kong based.
She is Asia’s head of corporate communications at Legg Mason Global Asset Management.

Set in a hidden sanctuary of Australian bushland above Middle Harbour, the 1.04 ha Neerim Park, one of Sydney's most private estates has been sold for a suburb record price.
The trophy estate, Neerim Park had been listed for sale with initial $14 million hopes by the art collector Jim Woodward and wife Erica Krebs-Woodward who paid $5.37 million in 1999.
It's price guidance was then reduced to $13 million.
It is a waterfront reserve landholding on Middle Harbour with a 1140 sqm three storey home designed by architect Michael Robilliard.
It was built in 1998-99 for the late entrepreneur David Coe and his wife Michelle.
The property accommodates six bedrooms with a home office, games room/gym and a stone kitchen with a scullery.
There is also a two-storey guesthouse or au pairs quarters.

Castle Cove's Neerim Park trophy home listed for sale

It was the luxury four storey home which comes with a sophisticated 16 camera security system.
There's also finger print entry systems. Fadi Ibrahim, the younger brother of nightclub entrepreneur John Ibrahim
It is the location where he survived a near-fatal shooting in 2009 when was gunned down and shot five times as he sat in the front seat of his Lamborghini outside the home.
His wife Shayda Ibrahim was shot in the thigh. No one was ever charged over the shooting.
The Ibrahim's, who paid $1.05 million for the then 1,000 sqm unrenovated property in 2006, are apparently eastern suburbs bound.
There's been no price reveal yet by listing agents Craig and Sharon Ireson of Ireson First National on the sale to Roseville Chase buyer, Alexandra Sywak who have recently sold for $2.8 million.
