The Precinct stands as the most prominent landmark in the Canning Bridge Precinct, commanding views of every facet of the city, from Kings Park and the CBD, to the converging Swan and Canning Rivers and the distant escarpment to the east.&nbsp;

Norup + Wilson chose the landmark site to maximise the Melville Council’s $235 million redevelopment vision for the precinct. Over the next ten years the Canning Bridge area is expected to be transformed with an expanded train station, river ferry and revitalised town centre on par with what was witnessed at Subiaco and East Perth.&nbsp;
