As recent forecasts emerge, revealing property investors are increasingly concerned with environmental, social and governance (ESG) credentials, developments are forced to match the increased environmental awareness of their buyers.

ID_Land’s Brunswick development, Canvas, does just that. The development includes solar technology in communal areas, no gas connection to any apartment, rooftop gardens and greywater harvesting.

These include a 70kWh solar panel array, renewable energy and battery storage and the possibility of including a Tesla Powerwall II battery within each residence.

5. The Fabric, Altona North

Yet another Mirvac development, the Fabric has committed to contributing to a more sustainable feature, designed for liveability and increased comfort year-round.

According to Mirvac, the vision for the residential neighbourhood is defined by lush landscape, open parklands and walking trails.

7. Sixth Avenue, Chelsea Heights

Developed by the Aultun Group, Chelsea Heights’ Sixth Ave. delivers sustainable design features with the green transition in mind.
