Akin, the newest apartment project from the Brisbane developer Tallis Property Group, has been strategically located to take advantage of all the burgeoning South Bank has to offer.

The Merivale Street tower is just around the corner from Fish Lane, the recently developed&nbsp;laneway-style town square,&nbsp;which is the hub of Brisbane's art, culture and entertainment scene. New Performing Arts Venue is a $150 million theatre which will amplify the thriving performing arts precinct in South Brisbane.

Akin, which has just released its collection of sky homes, has a number of five-star amenities, such as the resident’s lobby, business hub, rooftop terrace, gym, resort pool, wellness centre and outdoor dining space.
