Voyager, a chic residential tower delivered by Mirvac, is a new development set within the masterplanned Yarra’s Edge precinct on the Docklands waterfront.

Standing 43-levels high and dominating the Docklands skyline at 138 metres, Voyager is the tallest building in the precinct to date.

The iconic tower’s smooth glass exterior is a beacon welcoming those coming to Melbourne over the Bolte Bridge.

“The curved façades reflect the changing light as the sun moves on its daily journey, an iconic beacon that welcomes residents home”, Mirvac Design director Michael Wiener said.

2. Voyager offers a broad variety of lifestyle residences

The stylish 315-apartment development boasts a collection of one, two and three-bedroom luxury apartments.

Versatile floorplans and a flexible variety of residences are designed to suit any homebuyers’ lifestyle.

A mix of inspirational artist apartments and flexi-apartments ideal for a home and office in one are also available, with spacious, flexible living spaces and the possibility to secure an accompanying car and bike spot.

3. The residence boasts an hotel-luxe feel

“The curved surfaces of the lobby reflect the nature of the building, creating a holistic experience from inside to out”, Weiner said.

4. Homebuyers can choose from two colour schemes

The Voyager offers residents the choice between two timeless colour schemes, Halcyon and Intrepid.

Halcyon, marketed towards those who “understand sophistication,” features neutral accents, stone benches, metallic finishes and soft tones.

While Intrepid explores darker tones, with slim-line porcelain, metallic accents and contrasting materials.  

5. Residents can enjoy premium shared amenities
