1. Canvas, Brunswick

ID_Land&rsquo;s collaboration with&nbsp;Rothelowman&nbsp;blends rough and smooth materiality and culminates into a beautiful expression of modern architecture.

&ldquo;We want to engage with the rich tapestry of built form which has shaped Brunswick into the suburb it is today&rdquo;,&nbsp;Rothelowman&nbsp;architect Stuart Marsland said.

Paying homage to Brunswick&rsquo;s industrial past, Canvas&rsquo; sculptural fa&ccedil;ade fits perfectly into Barkly Street. Its industrial form, framed by geometric concrete grids, reinterprets the industrial regeneration of Brunswick.

2. Hawthorn Park, Hawthorn East

One Coburg Quarter is the latest development from Future Estate, situated in Melbourne&rsquo;s north.
