M3 Design's ethos was to use strong materials with nothing to hide –giving buyers the confidence that their home will stand the test of time, just like the neighbouring properties which were built over 100 years ago.&nbsp;

The monolithic facade features modernist lines, with soaring concrete columns, luxurious marble and a central lobby with an opulent 4-metre high ceiling.&nbsp;

M3 ensured accessibility was held at the forefront of design within the homes, opting for generous doors to enable smooth movement between rooms and uninterrupted flooring levels connecting indoor and outdoor spaces.

The 2.7 metre high ceilings and extensive glazing allow for plenty of natural light that refracts off the home's materials and surfaces and filters through living areas, creating a comfortable environment throughout the day. Each home includes ducted split system heating and cooling for additional thermal comfort.

The kitchens include an integrated Subzero fridge-freezer and wine storage, which feature a NASA-inspired air purification system.
