Recently we visited&nbsp;Sydney's Castle Hill&nbsp;to take a tour of KWG Group's&nbsp;Castle Island display suite.

The launch of Castle Island couldn't have been timed better, with construction of the $1 billion Hills Showground precinct wrapping up in 2024 around the same time you'll be able to move into your brand new apartment. With a new town centre and civic plaza complete with a park – you'll be connected to brand new amenities within walking distance. You're also just a 5-minute walk away from the station, great schools&nbsp;and the Castle Hill Farmers Market.

In addition to the neighbourhood amenities, Castle Island itself is home to 3 sky gardens, a north-facing central garden, a yoga lawn, a library and so much more – so you really don't need to venture far to find spaces to socialise, enjoy leisure activities or keep fit.&nbsp;

The two design schemes are fresh and modern, with beautiful high spec finishes giving you the confidence to buy a home that you know will stand the test of time. There's also extra secure digital door locks.

The design was a collaborative approach by Giles Tribe, DLN and ARVA with interiors by Glyph Studio&nbsp;who have excelled at offering a range of floorplans that offer something for everyone.&nbsp;

From 2 bedroom apartments with an extra multipurpose room to triple aspect 135 square metre homes, all rooms have operable windows and are spacious and light-filled.

Castle Hill's display suite represents a two-bedroom apartment with all inclusions as a base offering, except for the integrated fridge and microwave and home automation system, which are upgrades.&nbsp;

The kitchens feel very livable with plenty of space for barstool seating and thoughtful details, like the illuminated splashback, Caesarstone benchtops and brushed bronze or matte black tapware. There is even an extendable pantry. You'll also notice small elevated details such as the integrated ducted heating system and the recessed pelmets in the living area. I also love the luxurious fluted panelling along the island bench.&nbsp;

The bedrooms are equipped with large-scale timber look wardrobes and feature the softest carpet in either a shade of pale grey or beige.

The bathrooms within the display evoke the same sense of luxury, with the marbled large-format tiles and premium Kohler tapware. Many homes will offer a shower-over-bath, while many master suites feature a freestanding bathtub.&nbsp;
