Adelaide has continued to lead the property bounce back with a momentum even greater than that of Sydney and Melbourne.

The overwhelming majority of Adelaide is seeing soaring&nbsp;property price growth with experts like&nbsp;REISA chief executive Barry Money describing&nbsp;it as&nbsp;a &quot;mini-boom&quot;.

And there is no sign of it stopping with interstate investor interest continuing to pick up, especially as Adelaide rose&nbsp;to be the third most liveable city in the world according to the&nbsp;latest Economist Intelligence Unit&rsquo;s survey.

Prices in the South Australian capital are predicted to&nbsp;rise by 10 per cent this year alone,&nbsp;according to Hotspotting&#39;s Terry Ryder, making now the time to enter the city&#39;s growing&nbsp;property market.

One can&#39;t talk top Adelaide apartment living without first talking about The Adelaidean, the CBD&#39;s&nbsp;tallest residential tower.

<h2>Penny Place</h2>

Penny Place is similarly one of the top apartment developments on Urban and with design by the&nbsp;award-winning architects, Woods Bagot it&#39;s no surprise.

Developed by the Flagship Group, Penny Place rises above the bustling streetscape of Adelaide&#39;s CBD reaching a height of 23 floors and consisting of 152 designer apartments.

Taking advantage of their height in a similar manner to The Adelaidean every one of the one and two-bedroom apartments feature a sizable balcony to take in the panoramic Adelaide views.

Builders Maxcon, who have been responsible for some incredible construction projects across Australia, will have the building completed by September 2021.

<h2>East End</h2>

Unlike the previous two projects, East End is a completed project from the hands of Wellstone, with construction&nbsp;handled by Hindmarsh.&nbsp;
