The bathrooms already feature exquisite large-format floor and wall tiles, and the bathtub and custom bathroom cabinetry has been installed.&nbsp;

As you can see from the video, Avenue's master suites let in an abundance of light thanks to the striking 4.4-metre high gabled windows, which extend to a sheltered private balcony. Preparation is underway in anticipation of the extensive landscaping that will transform the grounds of this boutique community of homes.&nbsp;
