Yarra One amenities
The 27 level mixed use tower developed by EcoWorld will comprise of world class amenities such as a three storey foyer and public workspace with cafe and dining offerings, two retail tenancies, an in-house dog washing facility, a fitness studio and yoga room, private kitchen and dining room, library, lounge room and a cellar and wine tasting room. On the lower levels there is an outdoor garden with two spas and a communal fireplace, barbeque area, lounge seating and garden beds on the level 27 rooftop.
The Ground floor open-air plaza roof is framed by a timber clad lattice style structure, with integrated planter beds. The plaza has been designed with people in mind and considers the lack of open space for community function and setting in South Yarra. Architect Fender Katsalidis made sure this was a space and a building that added to the community amenity.
