The West Side Place precinct comprises of 3,000 square metres of ground floor retail and dining options, over 472 square metres of park and open space for residents and hotel visitors within the two tower first stage designed by Cottee Parker Architects and developed by Far East Consortium.

The project will rise to a maximum height of 270 metres across four future towers with amenities such as a residential lounge, private lounge and dining rooms, wine tasting rooms with wine cellar, a garden terrace with barbeque facilities, outdoor cinema, indoor cinema, virtual golf, a lap pool, gymnasium, yoga and pilates space across the 9th and 10th floor of the podium, exclusive to Park Release residents.

For Sky residents, three plunge pools located under a series of shade structures, inspired by tropical rock formations and intimate seating areas. A boardroom, karaoke room, study pods and a library are of many more amenities included within the development.
