The Langston Tower is part of a large urban renewal plan for the suburb of Epping in northern Sydney. Langston Place will comprise of three residential towers, all varying in height from 19 to 29 floors in total and over 400 one, two and three bedroom apartments.

Langston Tower sits parts of the mixed use precinct that delivers ground floor retail, a pedestrianised tree lined laneway and access to nearby parklands and the Epping Metro Station, linking residents and locals to the CBD and various surrounds. The three towers, Langston Tower, Langston Central and Langston Parkview stand boldly with a striking curved glass facade.

The podium offers a mixed array of cafes, shops and commercial spaces, creating a buzzing streetscape, whilst three landscaped garden terraces link residents effortlessly to their private lush podium courtyards with BBQ facilities and outdoor lounge spaces. Native plants were used to populate these gardens, and plants that adjust easily to a high maintenance climate layered on rooftop manicured gardens.
