The Coterie Height & Floor Count

The Coterie is considered a highrise building with a 28,28 floor count. The project features a two-tower residential scheme with 286 units, a rooftop deck and 508 sqm of ground-floor retail.

It also includes two basement levels, and 283 parking spaces vehicles via a five-storey podium. There underground parking is secured in the basement with entry to each building via a lobby which features a contemporary design.

How tall is The Coterie?

The Coterie sits at 87, 87 metres, which seems miniscule when compared with Brisbane’s famous Skytower which sits at 270 metres, this however is some stiff competition.

As far as the area of Fortitude Valley is concerned, the building known as The Fortitude is the next tallest residential offering. The 30-storey tower is the tallest residential building in Fortitude Valley. Once the site of an old, now heritage-listed bakery, the main entrance of The Coterie on St Pauls Terrace pays homage to the past while bringing in the modern age. The apartments feature 2.6 metre high ceilings and uninterrupted views of the city.

Each apartment has full floor-to-ceiling glass windows as part of their minimalist design and open-plan layout.
