Riverina’s first phase came to a halt in early 2018 and continues to sit unoccupied with minimal progress after four years of construction.

With news of a gas pipe being installed in the next few weeks, the settlement date has been revised to September 2019. This affects roughly 200 purchasers. Developers are still committed to delivering the units before the timeline with the Sunset Clause being June 2020.

Scaffolding has been removed from street level in the past month, a great sign of a shifting focus to have ground floor retail and podium apartments completed. Apartment carpets have been installed to level 4 of the podium.
