Designed in collaboration by Cox Architecture, Fender Katsalidis and Hecker Guthrie arises a twin residential development consisting of 80 levels and over 800 apartments. Stained in earth tones and exposed stonework, the podium will give the silver wall-glazed towers the illusion that they are floating high into the horizon.

Queens Place consists of over 11,000 square metres of shopping and dining precinct including a supermarket and interconnecting laneways with cosmopolitan brand names.

Level 4 of the podium includes the City Rise amenities with a wine cellar and wine tasting room, cigar bar, karaoke room, home theatre, billiard room, table tennis room, mah jong room, caterers kitchen and library. Level 5 contains the 25 metre swimming pool, sauna and spa, two private dining rooms with kitchens, a private garden terrace and a child care centre which is rarely seen in residential developments.

Level 51 and 52 comprise of high rise amenities such as a sky pool and gym for high life residents. Over 217 car spaces and 350 bicycle parking spaces are available.
