Paragon amenities

Communal facilities and amenities include a resident’s lounge, private theatre, library, bar, and dining areas. Resident’s will have access to a 15 metre lap pool, spa, gymnasium and a multi leveled landscaped terrace.

Secure parking with 20 car spaces and 78 bicycle spaces, storage cages, meeting rooms and bookable rooms are all available for residents. The revitalised and preserved historic facade of The Celtic Club will be repurposed as a public bar/pub located on the ground floor with lobby access for residents.

Designed by Fender Katsalidis, the amenities in Paragon offer social and environmentally conscious spaces with encouraged interactive resident rooms. Paragon will also include a range of ESD features such as a rainwater harvesting system and photovoltaic solar panels.
