Mason Square, developed by Caydon, is a mixed use precinct marked by four distinct residential towers, The Rise, Focus on Mason, Hall St and Margaret St.

The development engages with Moonee Pond’s vibrant and exciting street scape with ground floor retail and dining options.

The 29 storey Rise comprises of a swimming pool, gymnasium, yoga studio and exclusive The Conservatory which has an outdoor terrace, indoor private dining, lounge and bar space for entertaining and communing.

Focus on Mason has a private pool, gym and yoga studio with private dining room and communal spaces on the rooftop garden deck with views over Moonee Ponds and Melbourne CBD. Hall St tower amenities include an exclusive 25 metre lap pool, gym, a rooftop deck with a fire pit, private dining rooms, teppanyaki bar and an outdoor theatre.
