East Brunswick Village designed by JAM Architects and master-planned by the Banco Group, deliver five residential buildings comprising a mixed use sustainable precinct on the former site of the 1920’s founded Sidney Cooke Fasteners nail manufacturing company.

The amenities included in the development are a large Coles supermarket, tree lined laneways full of dining, cafes, hairdressers and public art connecting residents to active surrounding streets. An artisan bakery, pharmacy, fitness studio, yoga studio, organic health spa, bike repair store, a mechanics work shop, tool shed, garden rooftop with vegetable plots for residents, BBQ facilities, dining and lounge spaces, an apiary providing free honey to residents all included in the 2,300 square metres of communal space.

960 bicycle spaces and electric vehicle charging stations are amongst many of the sustainable amenities provided for residents to encourage active and healthy living.
