The sky bridge on the 34th floor of Collins Arch not only link the mixed use towers but provide residents from the residential tower portion exclusive amenities such as a stunning 25 metre lap pool, gymnasium, a yoga studio, private dining room, lounge area and billiards room.

On the ground floor, landscaped laneway and retail precinct engaging with the street will contribute to public amenity, becoming Melbourne’s newest place to meet and mingle.

Collins Arch also includes Melbourne CBD’s first public park in almost 40 years, with 1,900sqm of green space and public amenity on the Market Street corner which is an essential key piece and much needed for the city.

The park and ground floor retail will bring this area of the CBD out of its under-utilised state and transform it into a 24/7 living hub for the community and visitors.
