Designed by the iconic Woods Bagot, 8 Phillip Street is rising 200 metres above the Parramatta River and will be the second tallest tower in the CBD of Parramatta and the 16th tallest tower in New South Wales.

Parramatta’s skyline is changing dramatically and becoming a small boom town outside Sydney CBD with multiple towers around the 150-200 metre mark getting the council approval to be built since air height restrictions were loosened.
