388 Lonsdale Street is undergoing a major conversion of the existing office space into a fresh apartment building topped with modern tower extension of luxury apartments across 18 floors.

Located in the heart of the CBD, the building borders Melbourne’s exalted Hardware Lane to which is lined with some of the city’s best restaurants, bars and cafes all in walking distance for residents.

Major shopping precincts Melbourne Central, Emporium and Bourke Street Mall are all in walking distance and interconnected by a trail of sky bridges, where visitors can flow easily between the structures uninterrupted on their retail ventures.

388 Lonsdale is one of many new developments for the area, as the city begins its biggest vertical climb in two decades. The exciting conversion comes as a need for space but also quality.

The rooftop sanctuary places the resident in the middle of Melbourne’s impressive skyline to which panoramic views are enjoyed as well as communal spaces.

With the State Library of Victoria, Queen Victoria Market, Flagstaff and Carlton Gardens all within reach of the building, residents are enthralled by the plentiful spaces for culture, learning and nature the city provides.
