The tower, replacing the existing Mantra site will feature 33 levels comprised of 84 high quality residences to the prominent location overlooking Treasury Gardens and Melbourne’s Parliament House.

As well as being a gateway building into the CBD, residents will be provided with a private porte-cochere, a 25 metre lap pool, 24 hour concierge for every resident’s needs, a lounge room, private dining spaces, a wine tasting room and cellar, a beautifully landscaped outdoor terrace and gymnasium overlooking Spring Street.

A wide range of community amenities are available from the moment residents leave the building with Treasury Gardens, the prominent and luxurious dining and boutique options of Collins Street, Federation Square in walking distance and some of Melbourne’s most creative and awe inspiring graffiti and cafe laneways.
