TWT Property Group has been quietly expanding its prime Atchison Street holding in St Leonards for several years, with the goal of creating a suburb-defining precinct.

Now the developer, known for its luxury projects across Sydney, has released the first set of apartments in the arts-focussed community.

The first stage will introduce 93 one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments on the cusp of Crows Nest Village, a short walk from Crows Nest Metro which will no doubt draw buyers who want easy access to the city.

The first stage of the masterplan will feature 3,000 sqm of commercial space, part of the 10,000 sqm of commercial space that will be on offer across the total 1.3-hectare development.&nbsp;
