Lannan Eacott, the 25 year old gamer better known as LazarBeam, has broken the Clovelly house price record.

He's spent $9.9 million on a five bedroom home near the beach.

It was built just two years ago after the old original property traded for $3,615,000 in 2016.

Set on 455 sqm and spanning three levels, the home was built atop a natural sandstone base and was designed to withstand the elements, and take advantage of its panoramic views.

The bespoke interiors were created by Arent & Pyke. There's artisan details including handmade terracotta tiles and a Mexican-style spiral staircase.

There are a number of living areas and a self-contained au pair suite with its own entry. The master retreat has an ocean view deck. In the garden is an outdoor kitchen and swimming pool.

Eacott will be moving from Rozelle where he spent $3.6 million on a state-of-the-art home last year.

His gamer and Youtuber mate Elliott Watkins recently spent $9.1 million in nearby Tamarama
