Greek yoghurt brand Chobani has leased a new Australian head office at Mulgrave in Melbourne’s south-east.

Chobani has taken a five year lease with options at the 333 Police Road building at $161,000 per annum in a deal brokered by JLL’s Joshua Tebb and Knight Frank’s Tom Ryan.

The 539 square metre lease, which includes 20 car spaces, has just had an extensive New York style makeover.

Melbourne based investor Brendan Sullivan purchased the East Building, and its sister building the West Building next door, in October 2014.

He said leasing up 333 had obviously presented a real challenge to the previous owners," he said.

"The space was in a great location with excellent exposure in a desirable building. All that was really required was to offer the market a desirable product."
