There has been another delay in The Agency's acquisition of the McGrath rebel's led Top Level Real Estate.

This one saw The Agency request a voluntary suspension from today, Tuesday until Thursday to coincide with the commencement of trading.

"The company makes the request pending an announcement by the company regarding the settlement of the acquisition of Top Level Real Estate Pty Ltd," the request stated.

A trading halt has been in place since last week.

Shares have been held at ¢14.

There is no indication as to the reason for the move from a trading halt to suspension.
