A Tudor-style BnB opportunity in Victoria's Yarra Ranges has hit the market with a price guide of $1.8 million.

The Monbulk Road home is in the heart of the Dandenong Ranges National Park.

Set on 2,590 square metre block, the property accommodates a main three-bedroom family residence and three newly refurbished one-bedroom suites.

The three individually-styled suites form part of the luxury boutique accommodation Aquila Nova Retreat, previously owned by Alex and Irina Orlov.

“We did significant renovations on the property when we first bought it including a full renovation for three of the units and an extensive renovation of the main house as well", Mr Orlov said.

“The backyard also got a lot of attention and it’s one of the best parts of the BnB."

Its outdoor facilities include hiking trails and a central paved entertaining area with a built-in BBQ.

It also features an outdoor glass conservatory.

The listing is held by Ray White Oakleigh's senior sales executive Bill Gianidis, who noted strong interest in the property within 48 hours of hitting the market.
