Barry Henson, the former editor of Yachting Australia, has listed his Burraneer Bay home.

The four bedroom, four bathroom home was designed for the keen sailor.

Interest around $7 million is being sought by McGrath agent Steve Day for 2 Bulls Avenue West, Burraneer, in conjunction with Cheryl Reen at unique Estates.

With views over Gunnamatta Bay, Alegria was designed as a luxurious Hawaiian-inspired resort style abode.

It is in a protected deep waterfront setting with a boathouse, mooring, jetty and pontoon, and deep draft for a large vessel.
