Woodlea Park at Yass listed for sale
Woodlea Park, a southern New South Wales rural property, has been listed for sale.
The 1670 hectare property south of Yass is one of few holdings located within a three hour radius of both Sydney and Canberra.
It has been held by its current owners for nearly 60 years, with only two managers over the last 51 years.
The property is rated to carry 5,000 crossbred ewes and 200 Angus breeding cows and atleast 17,500 dry sheep equivalent. These will be available for the successful buyer to purchase.
They produce around 5,500 prime lambs per year and up to 180 yearling cattle for market annually.
The animals are serviced by electric wool sheds, sheep yards, cattle yards and machinery shedding.
Around 75 percent of the property has been pasture improved.
On the parcel is a four bedroom brick managers residence and two staff cottages.
