The four-bedroom, three-bathroom Tamarama home of Europe-bound Gina Rodgers and Surteco Australia managing director Max Metzler has been listed with record settling hopes.

The 28 Wolaroi Crescent home was last traded for $4.4 million in 2006.

They have only recently completed the home designed by the Paris-based Lebanese architect Yola Noujaim.

With park and ocean views, it has $16 million hopes through Christies International.

The current suburb record is $13 million, set when fashion entrepreneur Robby Ingham and his wife Sarah sold in Gaeroloch Avenue two years ago.
