An oceanfront 64th floor Soul, Surfers Paradise apartment has been listed with a $4.95 million asking price.

The four bedroom, four bathroom sub-penthouse comes with wrap around terrace.

There is open plan living and dining space plus a gourmet galley style kitchen.

All up there is 410 sqm of living space. It is one of only two apartments on 64th floor, serviced with an express lift.

It comes with four car spaces.

Michael Kollosche and Jordan Williams at Kollosche Prestige is marketing the apartment for the Malaysian vendor who paid $6 million in 2012 when bought from the developer, Juniper.

It was listed in 2016 for $6 million but no buyer emerged during its 250 day marketing campaign.
