Risland Australia (Risland) has partnered with Tomorrow Homes to introduce a new first home buyer sales strategy - building exclusive communities within communities, starting in the $1.6 billion Windermere development in Victoria’s Mambourin suburb.

Windermere Estate, spanning 360 hectares is one of the fastest growing developments in Victoria’s inner west, already securing over 500 land sales since launching in 2018.

Flora Residences is the first joint venture community comprising a collection of architecturally-designed modern homes with prices starting from $354,900 for a three-bed townhome - making them some of the most affordable home and land packages in Melbourne’s inner west. 

The intuitive homes are located in an exclusive pocket overlooking 50 hectares of lush parklands and recreational facilities. The collaboration plans to deliver more than 215 properties over four years with an estimated end value of $70 million.

Flora Residences comprises 15 three and four bed homes with prices ranging from $354,900 to $480,000. Land is between 165 sqm to 244 sqm and homes sizes are 143.3 sqm to 185 sqm.
