Will Vicars takes his Pacific Bondi lighthouse apartment purchases to $33 million
Title TattleAugust 3, 2016

A lover of Bondi Beach apartments, fund manager Will Vicars couldn't help himself when the Pacific Bondi development was completed.

He made headlines in 2013 when he broke the Australia apartment record, having bought two adjoining two-storey "lighthouse" penthouses off-the-plan for a combined $21.9 million.

And now he's extended on his purchases, spending another $11 million on another recently completed apartment on the top floor of the Campbell Parade complex.

The well-connected Vicars - who also owns property on Seven Shillings Beach, Point Piper, Queen Street, Woollahra and Horderns Road, Bowral - is the chief investment officer of boutique fund manager Caledonia Investments.
